• All orders are packaged and shipped from Macomb, Illinois within 2-3 business days unless an unexpected order volume has occurred. If a high order volume has occurred, orders will continued to be shipped in the order they were received. 
• Shipping is calculated based on the weight of an order at checkout
• All U.S. orders over $75 receive free shipping
• Once we have shipped an order, we rely on the shipping carrier's tracking information for your item's whereabouts
• Kelso & Company is not responsible for delayed transit times. This is  out of our control.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail once declared "Delivered" by the USPS. Here are some tips for locating your missing "Delivered" package

• Contact your mail person and ask if he/she has seen your package. 
• Contact your Post Office - The USPS has GPS tracking and will be able to tell exactly where the package was delivered.
• Check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package
• If you selected USPS "Priority Mail" at checkout, you will be able to file a claim to be reimbursed by the USPS. Please see their website for more information. 
• Wait a few days to a week. Most of the time they turn up so turn that frown upside down.
