We know sometimes manure happens, and you'll need to send something back. We'll help you get your hands on something you're much more comfortable in and excited about.

Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size if in stock. If the size needed is not in stock, store credit will be issued for the returned item.
Making a return:
Click the "profile" icon (a person) in the upper right hand corner of the website to log into your account. Inside of your account, you are able to "request a return" in the top right hand corner. Follow the prompts to verify item(s) being returned and submit your request. It may take up to 48 hours for us to approve your request. A that point you will be able to return item(s) to us. Once we receive and accept your return, we will process your store credit or refund. Please reach out to hello@shopkelsoandco.com with any questions or concerns.
Tee Club Members receive free returns/exchanges. Non tee club members are responsible for shipping the items back to us for return or exchanging.
If you believe you received a damaged or defective item, please e-mail hello@shopkelsoandco.com with your concerns and a photo of the defective item.
